The expense sheet data can be sorted, filtered, searched, tagged and highlighted etc. You can also control number of columns to be displayed in expense sheet as per your requirement. You can upload images of expense bills to FARHAD database as well as save links (url) of some already uploaded images at your cloud drive.     • Manage Store Inventory.      FARHAD can assist you in managing the store inventory of a project right from procurement of items, consumption and calculating the store balances. You can date wise log all purchases of material, its quantity and rate. FARHAD calculates cost and allows you to link the purchases with expense sheet bills. Similarly you can log the material consumed date wise and link these logs with the work/event sheet. FARHAD updates the stores balance sheet as well as the cost of the work done, automatically.     • Prepare Invoice.      If you are managing a construction company, you can generate invoice for your clients at any stage of the project, whereby you can enlist all the works done during the covered period mentioning their incurred cost. You also have flexibility to charge partial amount for a work in the invoice. FARHAD keeps track of all invoiced and un-invoiced amounts. FARHAD also calculates some additional information like cost of the work done till last invoce, cost of the material in stores, different service charges, states of amount received from the client and the ledger balance; these information may optionally be printed on invoice sheet.
    • Clients' Visibility to Project.      Every peny spent on the project and work executed matters a lot to your clients. The client has to provide funds and give acceptence at every stage of the project. You can open account of your clients in FARHAD yourself, thereby granting them appropriate access rights. So your clients would remain updated on project activities for their satisfaction.

    • Making FARAHD your companion is very easy. Start by going into Subscribe section and fill out an online form to register your company with FARHAD. Your application will be forwarded to FARHAD Administrator for necessary verification and approval.
    • After your application is approved, you will be given free access to FARHAD for one month. This will help you to learn and develop close intimation with FARHAD usage. A training session may also be arranged on your request during this period. After the trial period, a quotation along with essential terms and conditions will be forwarded to you. You need to sign the agreement based upon your desired subscription package.
